2025 Monthly Friday Flex Series

A monthly series of a quick 1 round PDGA C Tier tournament plus NEFA points event with tee times per event. Cash prizes for the pros and merchandise credit for the Ams to Disc Golf 978.

We kept the cost low so there will not be any player packs.

Each card must have a minimum of 3 people. Card adjustment may have to be done the day of the tournament to make sure the minimum of 3 per card is followed.

Each tournament will be PDGA and NEFA sanctioned event

When signing up, you get to pick your tee time. Tee times are set at 20 minutes apart. This will allow people to be able to play the course if they decide not to play in this tournament.

Mixed divisions are allowed on each card but please keep in mind the different layouts.
Blue Layout – MPO, FPO, MP40, FP40, MP50, MA1, MA2, MA40, FA1
Red Layout – All others

Each month’s tournament payouts will be right after the tournament.

Pros will be paid in cash through PayPal
Ams will be paid out in store credit to Disc Golf 978.

If the Ace Pot is not hit, the funds will be donated to the charity of the month!

Points Accumulation for series
1 point for each tournament that you play.
1 point for every person that you beat in your division.


Overall points series will be playing for Season end payouts and trophies.
Top 40% of the Pros will receive a season payout.
Top 45% of the Amateurs will receive a season store credit payout.

Become an event sponsor for only $5! You will have a CTP for a chance of a Meadowbrook Mile High Apple Pie and will have recognition on Hole 1 during the tournament. This is for this tournament only, not the series. Each tournament will have its own raffle.

We will be having a raffle for several prizes at the end of the series.
The Grand Prize will be announced! The more tournaments you play, the more chances you will get!

More prizes will be announced throughout the series.

You will earn Raffle tickets by the following;

If you play 1 tournament you will get 1 raffle chance.
If you play 2 tournaments you will get 3 raffle chances
If you play 3 tournaments you will get 6 raffle chances
If you play 4 tournaments you will get 10 raffle chances
If you play 5 tournaments you will get 15 raffle chances
If you play all 6 tournaments you will get 25 raffle chances.

Disc Golf 978 is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

All refunds will be dispersed in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual Section 1.03.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.

Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player’s spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, but more than 48 hours prior to the start of play, that player must receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee
