Louisville Ladies Disc Golf will be hosting this year’s player party! Details below:
- Where: J-Town Beach (just up the road from CV)
- When: Saturday, April 12th, 5-8pm EST
- Who: All players and a +1 are invited to join
- What:
Mini putting course, pick-up sand volleyball, darts, shuffle board all for free with prizes for putting course winners!

The following will also be available for purchase - excellent food, full bar, and a virtual golf simulator.

There will also be some great raffles up for grabs - get one free entry for coming to the player party. Tickets can also be purchased during registration and at the player party (in addition to the free one). 100% of raffle ticket sales go back to the Drive to USWDGC fund.

This event is officially a Regional Qualifier for the 2025 LWS Open at Idlewild. Playing in DGPT events is becoming increasingly more difficult with tiered-based registration, and so the DGPT has instituted regional qualifiers to give local players the ability to qualify for DGPT events. This event is offering 2 MPO and 2 FPO spots. The top finishers who are not already registered for Idlewild will get a guaranteed spot to register for the event (you will still need to pay the entry fee). If this person cannot compete or does not want the spot, the qualifying spot will go to the next highest finisher. Players have 24-48 hours to accept or decline this offer.


Louisville Ladies Disc Golf is proud to sponsor CVO by providing $350 added cash to cover the 2025 USWDGC entry fee of the top FPO finisher. Should this person not be competing at the 2025 USWDGC, the sponsorship will pass to the next highest finisher.

Heartland Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 2 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD will provide a 25% cash refund.

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee.
