About this tournament

Welcome to Dayton Disc Golf's first event of the 2021 Season.
(Benefiting the Germantown Food Bank)

LAYOUT -

Course: Twin Creek DGC in Germantown, OH

2 Rounds - 18 Holes Each

COST -

$20 Registration Fee
($5 of registration goes towards Germantown Food Pantry)

ADDITIONAL COSTS (Optional) -

$5 - 50/50 Ace Pot
(Half ace fund goes towards Germantown Food Pantry)

Note: Closest to the Pin (CTP) if no ace is hit for HALF of the Ace Pot

$5 - Mulligans (5 Per Player)
(All mulligan funds go towards Germantown Food Pantry)

SCORING -

Official event scoring must be completed via uDisc (Player names MUST be the full name of each registrant).

Note: You MUST add Colton Conner (PDGA #130178) to your card as well to sync scores with Tournament Director

FORMAT - Tee off - 11:00 am

You will receive your tee assignment December 31st (approx. 7:00 pm) to the email you sign up with. You will go to your tee assignment NO MORE than 15 minutes before your schedule tee time, which is 11 am to warm up. Each tee assignment will play with the same card for BOTH rounds. 2 MINUTE WARNING will be marked by ONE sound from an air horn. ROUND START marked by THREE sounds of the air horn.

ROUND ONE -

18 Holes (Red tees / baskets).

Note: When your card has completed ROUND ONE - Check with Tournament Director & confirm scores.

INTERMISSION / BREAK -

One hour intermission / break begins when the LAST card has been confirmed with the Tournament Director. Round Two start time will be posted to the Dayton Disc Golf Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/daytondiscgolf/)

ROUND TWO -

18 Holes

Holes 1 - 6 : Red tees / baskets
Hole 7 : Black tee (on top of the hill - reads Hole 5)
Holes 8 - 18 : Red tees / baskets

Note: When your card has completed ROUND TWO - Check with Tournament Director & confirm scores for both rounds.

PAYOUT -

All payouts for Amateur Divisions
- will be available January 2nd @ Hazy Shade Disc Golf and More

All Professional (Open) Divisions
- will be available January 2nd via PayPal or Venmo

Ace / CTP payouts
- will be available January 2nd via PayPal or Venmo

Refund policy

Dayton Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Refunds will only be given before registration closes, no refunds after registration closes.
