About this tournament

This charity tournament is for our local Baton Rouge Disc Golf Association which is a local non-profit organization with 501c3 status.
The BRDGA has been growing the sport of Disc Golf in our community by providing new course designs, helping maintain existing courses and has been promoting and educating new players on the rules and etiquette of the sport.
Tournament Schedule:
7:30 - Players meeting
8:00 - Round 1 Begins
Round 2 will begin roughly 1 hour after the final card is submitted for round 1.
Amateur payouts will be run through 1010discs.com. Payouts will follow the PDGA guidelines for XC-tier events. We will aim to optimize both player payouts and charity donation.
All AMs that register before November 20 will receive a free shirt.

Refund policy
The refund policy follows that of the PDGA competition manual. The $10 handling fee will be applied to all who withdraw.
If there is not someone on the waitlist to replace the withdrawn player at the time of the withdraw request, a 50% refund will be given.
If there is not someone on the waitlist to replace the withdrawn player at the time of the withdraw request, a 25% refund will be given after 11/30 at 11:59 pm.
No refunds will be given after 12/12 at 8 am.
Players who withdraw from the waitlist before being added to the event will receive a full refund. Once added to the event, the refund policy above applies.
The Whiskey Discs is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
