Schedule:
Friday, September 13 - Warm-up Flex Start at Circle C. Tee times will be posted by 9pm CT after registration closes.
Saturday, September 14 - Circle C - Tee times will be posted by 8pm CT the day before the event.
Sunday, September 15 - Roy G - Tee times will be posted approximately 1 hour after the last card finishes.
Pools:
Pool A - MPO, MP40, MP50, MA1
Pool B - everyone else
Layout:
Pool A - Long tees at both courses. Short tee on Hole 12 at Circle C
Pool B - Short tees on both courses.
Fee Breakdown - the listed registration fee is all inclusive, there are no additional fees for the event besides the Ace Pot (optional $5 at registration):
$80/amateur and $100/pro:
-$3 PDGA Fee
-$1 EDGE Donation
-$1 HOTT Tour Fee
-$10 Admin fee (Water/snacks, toilets, professional photography)
-$10 Course/Permit Fees (excess course fees will be donated to the CC disc golf club)
-$20 Player Pack
Amateur Payout - $35/player in credit to GP on-site merchandise. We'll have over 500 discs, bags, and soft goods available. $250 will be added to payout for Am Divisions.
Pro Payout - $75/player via PayPal. $750 cash will be added to the Pro Divisions.
Player Packs - All amateurs will receive a player pack valued at $20. Player packs will include event stamped items from Loot Bags.
Trophies - The top 2 players in each division will receive custom trophies from Mint Discs.
Vendors - We will have a "vendor village" set up at the warm-up area at Roy G and Circle C. If you are interested in vending, you can register online via Disc Golf Scene or by messaging Jacob. Vendor fees are $50/day in cash or $100/day in merchandise (retail value).
Trail Candy will be taking pictures for the players and filming the lead card! Photos will be posted and sent to players via email once the event is over.
