The Kronk Tri-state Championship Series: Sponsored by the Treasures of the Forest, The Underground Platteville, and Ugly Hand Disc Dyes.
There will be a series champion trophy awarded to the Tri-state Champion for each division. A division must have 4 athletes who meet required criteria for a trophy to be awarded. Qualifying for a chance to win the trophy you must play in at least 3 of the 8 events in the same division.
(Example, if Scottie plays in Ma40 a KTCS1 and earns 10 pts. Then plays Ma2 at KTCS2 and earns 15 pts. Scottie has 10 pts in Ma40 and 15 pts in Ma2, not 25 pts.)
The athlete with the highest total of points from 5 of the 8 events will be crowned our Kronk Tri-State Series Champion! if you play in all 8, your 5 highest totals of points will be used. First place in the series will receive a Treasures of the Forest mini. Second place in the series will receive a custom disc dyed by Ugly Hand Disc Dyes. Third place overall will receive $20 Kronk cash. All series prizes will be handed out at the final event of the year KTCS8 Battle of the Bluffs.
All players playing any 2 round Kronk PDGA sanctioned event will automatically be put into the series at no extra cost and receive 1 point for playing. You earn more points for each person you beat or tie with in the same division at each event. Any player who DNF (Does Not Finish) will receive zero points for that round.
In the case of a tie FOR OVERALL POINTS after the final event there will be a play off for the trophy and other prizes.
