The ApeX Doubles Point Series [ADPS] is a series of disc golf events that take place in various locations throughout the Inland Northwest with TEAMS earning points based on their performance in each event. The 2024 ApeX Doubles Point Series will consist of:
6 unsanctioned BRING YOUR OWN PARTNER DOUBLES events in total.
Teams will earn points for Participation in an event, Beating other Teams in their respective divisions, Shooting a Hot Round, Hitting Aces and Placing on the Podium.
PARTICIPATION-5pts
Each team will receive 5 points automatically for attending and completing an event in addition to any other points awarded. (No participation points awarded for Chaos Theory: Revenge of the 5th)
HOT ROUND- 2pts
Each team will receive 2 points if they have the lowest score in their division.
(Hot Round bonus points are per round, so if an event has 2 rounds, then 4 Hot Round points will be available per division.)
ACES- 10pts
Each team will receive 10 for an Ace they hit during any event.
(20pts Maximum awarded per event)
VICTORY- 1pt
Each team will receive 1 point for each Team they beat in their division.
(Example: The team finishing 2nd place out of 10 will receive 8 points because 8 teams are behind them)
PODIUM-
10pts = 1st place
5pts = 2nd place
2.5pt = 3rd place
Teams will receive:
1x points for ACE ACE RACE and PUTTERS PURGATORY
1.5x points for DOUBLE TROUBLE, TRIPLE 6 DUBZ and MULLIGAN MADNESS
2x points for CHAOS THEORY: REVENGE OF THE 5TH
Final standings are determined by ALL
PARTICIPATION, HOT ROUND, ACE, and PODIUM points
as well as the VICTORY points earned at the Top 3 events and CHAOS THEORY: Revenge of the 5th throughout the series.

Players may compete in separate divisions and or teams for the entirety of the series. However...
Teams MUST compete in a minimum of 4 events consisting of the following:
[3 events, and the CHAOS THEORY: Revenge of the 5th ] to qualify for series champions.
[[Teams will consist of 2 unique players only. You cannot use the same team name for multiple players]]
After the Championships at Chaos Theory: Revenge of the 5th, the top 3 points earners in each division will receive a Custom Trophy, Cash Prize and be crowned Champions of the 2024 ApeX Doubles Point Series.

(Max combined PDGA rating of 1850 allowed, when registering for 1st event played in the series)

A portion of each players fee from each event will go into the Prize Pool for their respective divisions. If there are no qualifying champions in a division, the payout pool will rollover to the Chaos Theory: Revenge of the 5th Acepot.
