Views are great, but it can't overcome the tee pads and that hike.

Do yourselves a favor and go play this course. It will be a great day.

Only reason I'm not giving this a higher grade is we have to leave some room for the future as I feel this course will evolve into one of the best in the region.
2 sets of tees for different skill levels. Tons of trees and a decent amount of water. Solid flow and BDGC does a great job with the organization of the events. Get your butt out here and play!
This is a championship course for Advanced skill level players.

Best taste of a championship course in metro denver. Course just opened and it rocks, once this baby matures a little and all the pins and pads are in, this will be by far the best course in the Metro Area.
There are 2 sets of pads and at least 2 pin locations (some have 3) for each hole so you can play a unique 75+ holes. When played from the black tees to the black pins you're in for a fun day. #1 long is unreachable by most, #2 long is arguably the toughest hole on the course with OB righ ...

Fun and tough. Played during tourney where opposite side of creek is OB if pin is on same side as tee. Loved this course even though it kicked my ass.

GEM. Great course with tons of huge pines, firs, cottonwoods, etc. OB throughout the course that can punish you. Long layout is toughest test of golf I've seen. 16-18 long is arguably one of the toughest home stretches in the state. Get to Pueblo and play this great test of golf.

Going to be a great course. Once signage goes in it will be more enjoyable. Spent considerable time finding tee boxes. Simple Arrows would help tremendously. Excellent tight course that puts a premium on being able to hit your line. Can't wait to play it when the trees are lush with leaves.

This course is really fun. You can go low here...but you can also have some frustrating rounds. The second nine is markedly tougher. First 9 is a chance at 9 birdies with little more than mid-range. 3A is best hole on course and probably one of the toughest. 4A is a little goofy but otherwise this course layout is solid.

Great training course IMO. 3 short, 3 mid that require accuracy and 3 semi bombers. Good use of trees and ditch that can eat disks when it's got water in it. #4 is a great little par 3 that plays way tougher than it appears. #8 can ruin a lot of rounds. Definitely worth a trip.
