kris kuykendall Good practice day, got in 2.5 rounds with my new drive type. It is a variation of a power grip with a 180 degree body twist and a 180 disc turn; it only needs a half step to be productive and gets GREAT distance!!!! May 31, 2011
kris kuykendall So, working on the"Butt to pin" stance with over rotation. Works really well, although I now have turned my entire bag into understable creatures.
