This course is fun to play. Mostly shorter holes, but there is landscaping, islands, mandos, woods holes and open holes - it has a verity. The new layout is fun.

A
Great tees and fairways with tons of elevation challenges. Creek and sidewalk OB. Long and short shots. I love this place, Except hole 12.

Played the 9 holes that were in as of 4/17, and what was already installed is amazing! This has potential to be a top course in Tn. Bombs, ace runs, technical... it's only 9 holes, as of now, but it has a good mix already. Excited to make a trip back down when it's complete.

Good design, and there is nothing better than Northern Michigan woods. My only "complaint" would be that every hole feels the same with the same view. No grass fairways, elevation or water. Just 18 holes of flat woods golf. Even so, I enjoyed getting destroyed by this course.

Updated rating to A+ after playing Blue baskets! Much more amateur friendly.

This course is great, and has endless potential. There are a lot of long bomber holes, but a fair share of ace runs and must get birdies. The river and butterfly sanctuary add to the beauty of this place, but will punish you big time for a bad shot. The new short tees are going to make it even more enjoyable for more people. Beware of mud and flooding if its wet out.

Amazing course! Great fairways and pin placements. Decent signage to direct from hole to hole. Basket elevated with kegs... The Bear's Den is something special.
Carter's Course › June 30, 2022
A
Great course that requires a decent disc golf skill set, as well as endurance. This course is a hike! Nice elevation changes and overall use of the property. The view on 17 and 18 is breathtaking. It would be an A+ for me if it were a little more maintained, and the first half's baskets weren't so bad. Carter's Course is a hidden gem.

A tough course that requires a multitude of shots. Beautiful and well maintained.
