Hey Pat.. hope you're well.. been playing once a week or so most of this year. Usually Bronte or LaFortune. Hoping to make it to Brampton sometime before end of year. New tee pads look great!

Congrats on the win Mike. Great start to the tournament season.

Thanks Jeff. It was a pretty crazy finish. Down 1 with 1 hole to go and I took a 3 on the par 4. Leader took a 5 and guy tied with me a 4...win or lose.. so much more fun when it's a battle like that

Yes ty Mike some one gave it to Azize on 18 and then he makes a 35 putt with it. he said he cannot put with it bs lol.

Let me know the next time you want to do so. I think I could hit it in 100 throws.

Mike Masters   December 20, 2012 at 4:54pm

I thought so too! I set up for about 20 throws on 9 too... actually had a few really close skip aces

Patrick Treude   December 20, 2012 at 9:28pm

I practice there all the time on 9 and never come close but man would that be the coolest ace recorded

Patrick Treude    December 19, 2012 at 7:27am

Thanks Mike, Unfortunately, I only have the next two days to tie you since I'm going to Montreal for the holidays. I'll be gunning for it though. I see your playing very nicely as well.

Mike, I want to congratulate you and your team on your first event. What a well run tournament. With this being your first, I was surprised how you thought of everything. The meeting in the morning was precise and to the point. It included all the necessary info. The support you got was tremendous. I got to play both rounds with Scotty and Monique which was a treat. I really liked the format. It presented a unique strategy. This, in my opinion, has to be one of the best run tournaments of the year. Well done Mike.

Jeff -- it really is an A+ course. Natural par 4's and 5's. Beautiful setting. I've played course in North Carolina, NY, California, Texas and Conneticut and Castle Hayne continuously stands out as the most enjoyable. Though some of the other courses I played in Charlotte this week were pretty great too.

There are not alot of A+ courses around. Must have been a thrill. I will keep CHP in my radar on my future travels.
