I was there for Christmas through New Years. My lady's parents live in Scottsdale. It was between 65 - 70 degrees everyday. I played Fountain Hills almost everyday I was there. Awesome course.
When you go back though, check out Buffalo Ridge. Super sweet course that nobody knows about. 27 holes in the desert, a lot of it up and down the mountainside. The extra 9 were just put in, and are very difficult, more so than the original 18.
