I will give a more detailed post as we get closer to the event but I wanted to give a general outline of how this will work.
You will begin by checking in with me. I will check you into one or both of the events (Barrel Aged or Black Ace) depending on how your registration. I will give you tickets for the events.
You will then move to a marshaling area. From there you will form groups of 3-4 players of your choice who are playing the same event as you.
Once you have your group, you will report to the starter, he will take your tickets and give you an instruction sheet that will have all the information on your event as well as the live scoring password.
The starter will call your group to tee off when it is your turn to tee.
That is the basic process...
Some things to consider:
**Make plans with people that are playing and have your groups pre-made.
**If playing both events, play both of your rounds with a small break between the two rounds. You can take as long as you wish however.
**Each event has a different layout.
**Berth packages will be shipped so there is no need to stick around after your rounds.
**We are intending to have the last teetime for all events to be around 2:30pm but with casual play and the flow of this event, this may be accurate or not. We have no idea but we will work with all players to make sure they get their round in.
**IF YOU ARE PLAYING IN BOTH EVENTS YOU NEED TO CHECK IN NO LATER THAN 10:00am.
