On a whole, the tree lines gold snow/ice for quite a while being in the shade of the southern sun. The entire area is pretty gravelly (thus all the local gravel pits) so it drains off pretty well. #4 & 8 & 9 are historically muddy but the rest drains well enough to not be all too bad.
