CWG calling for some mix of snow, ice, sleet, and freezing rain on Saturday.
Any chance of ice forming during play is too high a chance.
Accordingly, we will postpone GYROscope #1: Shoot the Gap (Ice Bowl Fundraiser #5) until Saturday, April 3, 2021.
If you cannot make the new date, we will provide you with a refund, but if I were you, I would err on the side of staying registered for now, as I don't anticipate demand for this event to be lower in April than it is in February.

sigh, tough choice but right choice Mike. Thanks
For sure it was tough, but safety first. Thanks, John.
and sadly I have to withdraw due to conflict, I processed a formal request, me and my buddy.
I saw! I've moved you each over to the DROP placeholder division for my records. Thanks for supporting Loudoun Hunger Relief.
thanks
So, let me get this straight ... an ice bowl is being postponed because of the threat of ice? :-) April 3 is the date of the White Rose at Codorus with 288 players signed up, including me. I’ll have to choose, but will do so later.
It's an Ice Bowl fundraiser event, technically :) But yes, Clark's Run has steep elevation and ice could result in serious player injury on the course, let alone the roads. I understand that Zach is running the White Rose that day, but it's the best I could do in terms of rescheduling.
I agree. Walking down from 15’s tee, in particular, it is easy to slip. Several other slopes that would be decent sledding hills as well.
Someone slipping and falling off the "cliff" on 10 was particularly horrifying to me.
