Hi Mike, thanks for reaching out. Sunset Hills has already started cutting out there. Yes, it was actually taller than it currently is. They plan to come through with a brush hog, likely this week, then mowers ahead of the event so it is fresh for us. I've asked them to cut everything, so we can mark OB for the event, which they've agreed to. Once we mark OB, they do not intend to cut those areas again, so we have to be sure about where they go.
