Practice dates are posted in "about" section. Please plan accordingly. Tee times are not required, but are encouraged. Pro fields have now been added for registration.

Are the greens fees for one round or one day?

You can play multiple rounds on those days for the cost posted.

The green fees mention w/ a cart. Is there a walking rate or is it a set price whether you walk or ride?

Yes, next to the fees you'll see I updated that you can pay $10 to play without a cart. It's a long walk though.
