Daniel do I have to wait untill 16 people drop out to play or just in my division ?

You ave to wait for people to drop from your pool, pool B. The wait list if for all divisions. Right now everyone on the wait list is waiting to get into Pool B. so if you are #16 you are waiting on 16 people to drop.

Oh ok I see in that case I don't see 16 people dropping out..is that refundable ?

As stated in the about section the wait list fee is not refundable. But we have already promoted 2 people since Saturday. Be patient. October 31 is still a ways out.
