Lemon Lake Player Meeting Info
COVID related:
If you are sick, STAY HOME! Let your captain know you won’t be making it.
Please maintain 2m distance from all competitors. Please consider this when at the tee pad, putting out, talking with tournament staff, browsing merch, hanging out in the parking lot, etc. Be mindful of how we are viewed by other park patrons. Do not congregate in large groups.
Masks are not required on the course.
By Indiana mandate, Use of masks in the pro shop and bathroom is required. If you are browsing in the pro shop, we are requesting that players use hand sanitizer both before and after browsing. Please leave your bags outside of the building.
Please wear masks when checking in, coming up to tournament operations, or any time you are going to be having a conversation closer than 2m.
To minimize the number of people at this event, we are asking that there be NO CADDIES, spectators, tag alongs, etc.
Please clear the basket of your disc before the next player throws.
Do not touch discs, bags, carts, or anything else of another player.
I don’t think this is going to be an issue, but if anyone intentionally harasses a player that makes them uncomfortable by repeatedly entering their space or touching their equipment, they will be asked to leave the tournament.
We will have water available at lunch, but during the round you are responsible for your own drink. Please stay hydrated and carry what you need for the round.
If a trash can is full, please don’t stack trash next to it, find another can or pack it out. This will help keep our hosts safer.
Emergency info
If you need to call 911 ask for CEDAR LAKE.

Poison Ivy is thick right now. It is advisable to wear long socks and pants if possible. You may take casual relief from poison ivy.
White Hole 2 is still a little rough. A lot of work has been done to get it where it is, but Lemon knows that more needs to be done. Keep an eye on your throws as the brush on the right side is thick.
Be mindful when off the fairway for potential wasp/hornet hives. There are none that we currently are aware of, but it is normal for a number of them to pop up this time of year. Look both down at the ground and up above. Wasps can get aggressive. Please take appropriate casual relief if necessary.
If you see deer, wave, snap a photo, and then get on with your round. There is a very rare white deer in the area of Silver 12-14. If you see it, make sure it is not in harms way when you throw.
Lunch
For those that bought into the grab and go lunch, we will have this setup outside. A volunteer will retrieve the bottles of water for you from the cooler.
Gate Fee
The Gate fee is only reduced between 7 and 9 am. Anyone coming in after that will be charged the $8 out of start parking fee.
Checkin
Checkin this year will be with your club captain. They will enter your information into an app for the event. Checkin is required by 8:45! Once checkin is complete we will issue hole assignments for round 1. We are estimating that round 1 will tee off at 9:15. If you are late, you will need to come see the tournament staff to get added to a hole.
Format
Two shotgun rounds. Each round will score independently for your team. You will get round ratings.
No Alcohol, marijuana or illegal drugs are allowed during the event. One recreational activity at a time. Do not put me in a position where I need to DQ you for this.
PDGA digital scorecard (not uDisc)
This is the primary means of keeping score. This will reduce the touch points for staff and allow us a much faster turnaround at lunch. Instructions on using the digital scorecard can be found here: https://www.pdga.com/apps/tournament/score/help
To login to the digital scorecard, the URL is https://pdga.com/score
The password is “club”
After entering you enter your PDGA number (or last name if not a member). Tap on your name.
You will be able to see your hole assignment when it is ready. If you haven’t checked in, it will remind you that you need to checkin with your club captain.
Hole assignments can also be found on the PDGA event page: https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/46443
One person per group will need to keep score via the digital scorecard. With digital scoring we will also have live scoring, so you will also be able to see everyone else’s progress in the event through a link in the digital score card to https://pdga.com/live
Win you card
If you won your card, please find Brett to claim your prize at the end of that round. If there is a tie, most 2’s breaks it. If there is still a tie, the last bogies, breaks it.
Course Rules
Course Rules are in the PDGA digital scorecard. They appear as a small banner on each hole. If the rule for the hole does not fit in one line, tapping on it will reveal the rest of the rules for the hole. Please read these to the rest of the card at each tee.
