Important League News about Round 4 and Early Sign Ups
Long post, and important information so please read all the way through, and pass along information to other Mozeleaguers.
RAMIFICATIONS OF WEATHER SUSPENSION FOR ROUND 4:
-Unfortunately with a lack of 13 common holes played for each layout, Round 4A(last Thursday) will not be counted in the PDGA league page, and no ratings will be given for Round 4A.
-We will be calling the upcoming round, Round 4B (7-16-20).
-We will still be using scores from Round 4A for the Mozeleague End of Season Standings(Skins Standings). We will be adding the missing holes for each player from Round 4A with scores from those holes for Round 4B. (ex. Player did not finish holes 2 and 3 from Round 4A, We will add their scores from Round 4B for holes 2 and 3 to the scorecard for Round 4A and come up with a final Round 4A score.) I hope that makes sense. THIS WILL ONLY COUNT FOR THE MOZELEAGUE SKINS FINAL STANDINGS, NOT PDGA LEAGUE PAGE)
-You must play Round 4B for us to finish your Round 4A scorecard. If you miss round 4B you will not have a final score for 4A or 4B.
-We will issue credits or refunds for all side action or CTP/ACE buy ins from Round 4A. If you bought in to any of this action and will not be attending Round 4B, message us and we will get you a refund in either Paypal, Venmo, or Cash. If you plan to pay into side action or CTP/ACE for Round 4B, we can roll your credit over from ROUND 4A to Round 4B.
-If you do not have a season pass, your League Fee payment from Round 4A will count for Round 4B.
PRE REGISTRATION:
-We have come close to MAX CAPACITY for weeknight league action. This is good and bad news. It's awesome to have so many golfers playing Mozeleague, but the course can only accomidate 72 Players. With that being said we will be capping registration to the first 72 Players who sign up for a round weekly.
-Each week we will allow early sign ups via the internet and payments can be made via Paypal or Venmo. You can message us at any time via facebook or discgolfscene and we can sign you up for whatever round of Mozeleague you would like.
-If you already have a season pass, and don't want to buy into CTP/ACE or Side Action, you can sign up early by sending us a message via facebook or the discgolfscene league page.
-When you preregister, there will be no refunds given out unless the round is cancelled due to weather. It is important that if you pre register that you also show up.
-When you pre-register please make sure that you still check in with us at the sign in tent when you arrive.
-At each round we will still have day of sign ups, but when we hit 72 people we will not allow any more entries, it is important for you to show up and sign up ASAP.
-Day of sign ups will still be 5PM-5:45PM on the day of the Round. We will be putting a sharp deadline on sign ups as every week we lose a bit more daylight.
