The Hub City Disc Golf Club is looking for sponsors for the 2020 Hub City Halloween Open sponsored by The Great Courses of SC. Our title sponsor is The Great Courses of SC, but we are looking for additional event sponsors. Minimum for event sponsorship is $250 (we would of course love more).
Event Sponsors get:
• Logo/Name on event shirt
• Shout outs on social media, player videos and player emails
• (NEW) Anyone sponsoring the event at the $250 or more level will be given a maximum of 2 early registration player spots for the event. Sponsors can choose to use 1 or both spots. Sponsor must declare sponsorship and provide the players info to the tournament director by 7/29/2020 midnight. There will be a cap of 7 event sponsors (or 14 players) offered these early registration spots.
• Sponsorships are open to anyone and offered on a first come/first served basis.
• Desire to sponsor is confirmed by sending on email to [email redacted]. First 7 emails received by time stamp will get the early registration spots.
• Sponsorship money due by 10/1/2020 (If a sponsor misses the 10/1/2020 due date, sponsor’s early registered players will go to the bottom of the waitlist).
• Players given early registration spots will still pay normal registration fees for their division once registration opens.
• All this applies to event sponsors only, Hole sponsorships are separate and will be available 8/1/2020 via registration on Disc Golf Scene.
