After discussing the matter w/ Edwin (the TD), we feel it's best not to knock on that door at this stage of the season to allow caddies. It's a tough call, not really finding anything in writing about the matter but we don't want to ruffle any feathers and set back our tournament season here in NH if some publicity gets to the wrong person, group, or institution. We are sorry, we're just happy to have tournaments back.
