The NADGT tour does not offer those divisions at the championship and since this is a qualifier for that event they are not offered. Please see this link of more details. On offered divisions https://nadgt.com/player-handbook/ for other events that are not part of this qualifier the pdga has a three person minimum to create a division, requesting it from the TD would be the appropriate action if it was not made available at registration.
