I was really looking forward to this stinks everyone's tournament season if getting ruined. But I'm only seeing Edit or Withdraw on the Registered Players tab. If you'd like me to click Withdraw that's fine, however you'd like me to proceed in order to get the refund process started.

First time having to do Refunds this way, my end it says Refund.. guess its Withdraw. But I took care of ya. Sorry again and look forward to seeing you sooner than later out there :D
