The PDGA has cancelled events for the month of May as of today (this posting) and that means the Kalamazoo Open is cancelled. I have begun transfer of money into my PayPal account so I can make refunds. This unfortunately takes 3-5 business days to do. I will start issuing refunds when the money has been transferred. I plan to issue 100% money back and no one will get stuck with PP stuff.
My current cash flow has been hurt by the shut down. This is the second event I have had cancelled and have not been able to start my leagues. I've tried to limit expenses but I have still had them for both of my cancelled events and I don't have everyone's money even after the cash transfer. So I am asking that if there is anyone that would be willing to take discs or other merchandise in exchange for their refund. I will cover the shipping expense. This would help me out a lot. Please PM me if you would be willing or even if you would be willing to do a partial refund and partial purchase.
I will start issuing the refunds to the people who were the earliest to sign up and work through the list to the most recent. If I run out of money, the last few people will have to wait until the first week in May (May 9th should be the latest) and I will have everyone's money and refunded by then. I do have the majority of the money to refund and should only be a handful of people that may have to wait. I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate everyone's patience in dealing with this.
