City of Jackson has closed the park. All the playground equipment has caution tape as due the entrances to tennis courts. There is a sign on the disc golf large map that says "playground closed by the city of Jackson". Not sure how long but want to save others the drive.
It has been up for a few days. People were out on the disc golf course on Friday. People were even out on the regular golf course across the street.
Still get out and play. Just play a solo round. Exercise is a good thing by yourself.
Wait so despite this sign you can still play? I'm about 35 minutes away from Jackson and just didn't want to give the local discers a bad rap as I know ninja Nate worked his tail off to make an awesome course.
I heard on the radio it was open but then again the signs are there. It wont stop me playing a singles round.
Yeah if I were you I would check out what has happened to Kensington and decide if you want that to happen here... be smart and just stay away from the course if there is a sign posted for goodness sake...
