Hello everyone,

Unfortunately we have been instructed by the Carrollton City Recreation Department to cancel our spring fling tournament. We have done some research into our options. We were hoping to be able to reschedule the tournament but with the next few weeks up in the air and a lot of tournaments already scheduled in the future we have so far been unable to find a time that would work. Player packs have already been ordered which leaves us in a difficult situation. The only way for us to not get stuck with over 70 player packs is to ship those player packs out to each player instead of a refund. We understand that this would not be the first choice for some of you and we are very disappointed not to be able to host the tournament but the only way for us to relieve what would be a pretty large financial burden on us is to do it this way. The retail value of the player packs, shipping supplies, and shipping costs would more than make up for the cost of registration. We plan to refund all open players and any fees paid for ace fund or CTPs. Again we apologize for this inconvenience and hope to see you all at a tournament when this all blows over.

Thank you for understanding and stay healthy,

Nichole and Jeremiah

Wouldn’t it be quite the coincidence if we all just happened to show up at the same time next Sunday to play Hobbs Farm, and we all just happened to our scores on UDisc??.. wink wink. Definitely not as a organized function or anything. Just a random coincidence.

I'm sorry guys. I wish this was an option. The city is locking up the bathrooms and shutting off the water fountains. They called to tell me twice that we could not hold a tournament. A small group of people would be fine but this would almost 80 people and very noticeable when the police patro ... more
