For those of you who will be in the area Friday afternoon/evening I will be at Oak Ledges DGC pavilion (hopefully) by 4:00pm for those who would like to pre-register & collect your Players Pack before our weekly mini. It is A/B Doubles a $5 buy in plus a $1 optional ace pot. Tee off is 6:00pm. The place is to play all 20 holes.
For those who like to partake in adult beverages our weekly tradition is to head to Paradigm Shift Brewery in Massillon for a couple beers to wind down after the week. This Friday night Paradigm will be having a 90’s themed party WITH KARAOKE! So if you like to sing come on down or if you’re just a watcher come on down anyways and watch me flex my golden pipes!
Saturday morning registration & check in will be at Arboretum Shelter 8. We will play 2 rounds of 18 holes. All OB lines & Drop Zones (2, 6, 16) were painted yesterday (8/14/19). Following the rounds Saturday if there’s interest we will head back to Paradigm Shift for beers, food, & hopefully putting for dollars with the Columbus crew again this year.
Sunday Check In at Oak Ledges pavilion followed by 2 rounds of 20 holes. OB lines will be painted today (8/15/19). Following the rounds will be pay outs, ace throw off if no aces are hit, & other CTP throw offs. There may even be a basket to win.
The next event is Sunday September 15 @ Portage Lakes DGC. Currently it’s a 1 day Pro C-tier & AM B-tier. We’re trying to get to the $750 requirement to make it a Pro B too.
