I think things went pretty well for hosting my first tournament, 21 players came out to try and win their berth and took home some prizes, thank you to all those who came to play my first tournament, I hope you all enjoyed your national disc golf day! congrats to all the berth winners David Milewski, Ben Jackson, Michael Paul Fisher and Josh Minard
....I know I left a few things out and could use a little more preparation next time but all things considered with only a week notice to plan everything I think it went well
I’d like to give a big THANK YOU to Scott Sprow for helping me out with with a checklist of things I should have and being available on messenger to help me with the suggested payouts and also Miles Lawrence for letting me use his tournament board...those seemed to be the two most important things in making things run somewhat smooth today, thanks again guys!
And I apologize if if there is anything I left out or could have done better, I’ll be learning as I go as we all do
I will have scores posted by tomorrow night and have the berths reported to MDGO asap so you can all get registered for states before the reg rush
