The course was designed by J bird. He lives like 10 minutes from sleepy Hollow as far as the tee pads go, they were supposed to be diamond dust but the contractor the state used screwed up and basically put in beach sand. I have spoke with the park ranger and he said that they will be taken care of as soon as the ground hardens and he can get trucks back there.
