Tonight (8/7) we'll be offering 2 optional side games. Please see the details below:
Best Adjusted Score Tournament:
Cost: $10
Payout: Top 1/3rd of all participants
When: Tee 4pm to 6pm - sign up at hole #1
Format
Players will use their existing handicaps to participate in the standard SADGC Best Adjusted Score format. Must be a SADGC member and have a handicap to participate. Scores will be taken to the tenth decimal place to minimize ties (same as the current point distribution).
Accuracy Contest:
Cost: $5 per entry, maximum 2 entries
Payout: Top 1/3rd by division. Black divisions will be used.
Also, top 3 overall scores regardless of division will receive a prize payout at the player's party.
When: 4:15pm to 7:15pm
Where: Felt Valley basketball courts
Format
Players will throw 4 shots from 4 stations ranging in distance - 100', 200', 250', 300'. The closer you are to the target, the more points you will achieve.
Additional Rules:
- Players cannot retrieve their discs until all 4 shots are thrown.
- 3 shots can be thrown with the same type of throw while 1 throw from each station must be thrown different. For example, if you throw 3 right hand back hand throws, your 4th must be either sidearm, overhand, or opposite handed.
- Ties will be decided by most bullseyes. 2nd tiebreaker is most points at 300'. 3rd tiebreaker is most points at 250'
