When we played whites there in some leagues, we played from a temporary box next to the swamp. It should be clearly visible with logs and flags. It isn't the original 6W of the installed course. I'm glad these guys are putting the work in, I think this is a diamond in the rough. I also think there might be another temporary position for lower levels that is on the other side of the swamp.
I think for your division is the Dark blue before the swamp, there are logs marking the tee box if you have been out there. I believe MA2 and below will be playing from a shorter tee on the other side of the swamp. Same with 9W, there is a pad behind the pond, and then some of us will be throwing from a rock on the side of the pond.
and yes, unfortunately the overlapping layouts and inconsistent numbering is a very big problem. hopefully that is something we can address with the city's assistance soon
Alex, I hope so as well. It's definitely frustrating. It would be more enjoyable to come and play if the layout were easier to understand or if the directional signs and numbers matched course play.
Of course a temporary number system, directional signs, paint and flags will help and that's what will be out there on Saturday. It's Wednesday though--can't put those things out in the park until right before the tournament.

So which tee is 6W. Dark or Light Blue?

I think that is the same pad as 9W and I did the same thing last Saturday (except mind was a pink Sting).
Oh, and a yellow Leopard3 that I didn't turn over enough on my second attempt.
6w is the only one that is confusing? HAHAHAH. Sorry. I find this course extremely confusing.
yeah the long tee for 6W is before the swamp, short tee is after it.
