Will the courses be available for play earlier in the week, or only as scheduled for the flex c-tier events?

All courses are available to play now except for Eureka temp. All courses will be playable before the tournament week.

Does this include Eureka temp after all the pro cards are in? I would like to play there, but I wont be down for the Sunday c-tier

No, the course will not be open after the Pro rounds during the tournament week.
