Very faded ink. Not enough to go by. This seemed to be the best thing I can do besides asking folks at courses as I play to see if I can return it.

If i cannot find its owner after 6-8 weeks I'll maybe trade it with a vendor and let fate guide its path. It would be doing better then most in this area since I have lost 12 discs and have only ever had one returned. (name and phone number applied)
