Hello All!
Just giving everyone a heads up that I will be helping Zac out on Saturday and Sunday. There is a REALLY GOOD CHANCE that the main gate will be closed. Which means we will be doing Check-In at the walk-in entrance near the ferry (https://www.google.com/maps/@45.0896219,-123.0444392,223m/data=!3m1!1e3). Don't rely on the Ferry to get to the course as it could be closed depending on the river conditions.
I will try to remember to tape a sign up on the gate or somewhere communicating that we are meeting at the walk-in entrance if I have time that morning.
Brackets will be randomly set within uDisc before I arrive at the course and cannot be changed once set. Our plan is to do three pools (12 Players, 12 Players, and 10 Players). There will be an Acepot as well as a CTP on Hole 6 (these will only be active the first round of matches). If there are no aces in the first round the Hole 6 CTP winner will receive the acepot plus CTP Disc. I'll probably do a few more CTPs for the course.
Saturday Check-in starts at 7:30-7:55 AM with the players meeting starting at 8:00 AM. Be there as we will be doing a shotgun start for ALL MATCHES at 8:30 AM (the schedule will be updated shortly). Also, we plan to have a quick (30 minute lunch break) between matches.
Sunday Check-in starts at 8:00 AM - 8:15 AM with the players meeting following after that and 8:35am SEMI-FINALS Tee Off (Shotgun Start).
I also have Moonshine Deputies for sale with the Match Play logo and a handful of the grey Trilogy shirts for sale.
My goal with the schedule is to make it both enjoyable but also so we aren't waiting around too long due to the possibility of bad weather.

If you do not check-in by 7:55 AM on Saturday morning you will not be able to participate in the tournament. I will however provide you with your players pack.
There will be some players with byes in the first round. This is all randomly generated by the tournament system.
We have 32 players, so we are going to do 2 16 player tournaments. 2 Players will Advance the winner from each tournament.
Will the A and B pools that were listed previosly for registration still be in effect? Or will it be random draw to decide who is in each pool?
The players in the A and B pools will be completely random. I will assign all players a number and then do a randomizer to enter the players into the Bracketing system.
