Will Rosa Suggestion: reallocate 1/2 (or 10) of the open spots of MA40 to MA50. Still allows both to grow

Jay Svitko Mar 8, 2018 (B Pool) - MA40 is a pool by itself with FA40. (C Pool) - MA50 now is 45 players (9 5 some's) & MP50 have been opened to 45 players (9 5 some's) to let in everyone that was on the waiting list.
