With spring comes more disc golf! April is when things are really starting to get moving around here. Between all the local leagues, tournaments and the US Am match play qualifiers, I have decided to start the Spring league in May, and go through June.
This is the events we are planning for the year.
May and June will be the Spring League.
June 2nd is the Trilogy Challenge-going to be HUGE this year.
The month of July we will have more informal rounds of Disc golf, a doubles format, some different things that still get us out there, but not our normal league. The shootout is in July and some other big tournaments, so I didn't want to pack it too full so we can enjoy other things. I hope to get the Dynamic RV out here for a 2 round challenge and maybe we will hold some other fun type events.
August is when we will have our sanctioned league on Thursday nights (hopefully Thursdays). This will build up towards the Rumble. This league will run for about 6-8 weeks.
September 22nd is the Rocky River Rumble Rd 2. This event was great last year, even with the horrid rain, but it will be bigger and better this year! We have already had a huge donation from Dynamic Discs. It will be a sanctioned C-tier
October is a tough month with daylight. With this we may run a glow event here and there, not entirely sure what we will do, but hopefully we can get out and play some!
