Sadly no, not yet. Well the park is not open for Disc Golf or pavilions etc, but the dog park portion is open. Too many downed and dangerous trees still as I understand it.
So Snyder remains closed, however I did play a park 15 away named Brian Piccolo today, It is a smaller 9 hole course that just reopened a couple of days ago.
