Hello, unfortunately I am unable to participate due to work schedules last minute change, is their a refund policy?

Bronson, we wish you could make it. I try to stick with the PDGA guidelines for refunds. Unfortunately my refund policy is to take care of our competitors, thank you for contacting me before the event, and with that being said check your PayPal in a while my friend. have a good holiday weekend.
