Thank you for registering early for the The Coordinator Cup! Myself and the Pine Hills Disc Golf Course are very pleased to have sold out this event a week in advance as it makes many things so much easier the morning of the event. I just wanted to cover a few things prior to the event.
1. You have paid a $10 deposit for the event. There is another $70 due in cash in the morning when you check your team in. There will be the following optional side games if you are interested as well. There will be a $5 team ace pool and and $5 team cash 50/50. The ace pool will be combined for the Gold/Blue divisions and be for all rounds with all aces splitting separately, the ace pool for the White division will be separated as they are playing short teepads on the south course. If there are no aces there will be a CTP for the ace pool. There will be also a 50/50 on the South course for all divisions on the second round. There will also be some CTPs for discs on the south course in the second round. So, all in for your team would be $80 in cash in the morning.
2. Check in is from 8:00-9:00am. Do not be late!
3. This is a private disc golf facility that sells alcohol. PLEASE no outside alcohol!!
4. There are a few holes where you will be asked to not to try to recover your discs. There are some wetlands that are quite difficult to get out to where your disc may be. Take note as to where it landed and let me or the course staff know. They will put on waders and try to get your disc for you sometime in the near future. They will contact you if they find it.
5. I have made course maps and listed the OB for the event. Please pick up 1 per team at check in.
6. As of right now, there is a low chance of rain in the late afternoon so plan accordingly. The temperature is supposed to be 78!
7. Your entry into the event includes a hot dog and 2 non-alcoholic drinks. There will be beer there for purchase and it is an unsanctioned event so you can feel free to enjoy one during your round if you so wish.
Thank you all once again and I will see you all Saturday morning.
