A Quick Note

The following is a note from the City of Painesville. The course will not be available for play from 10/20-10/24 due to a public event:

"The City has an event “Fall Fest” scheduled for Saturday October 22nd. This event will take place at Kiwanis Recreation Park – main hub will be Riverview pavilion. This event will encompass the entire north half of the park. We will be starting our setup on Thursday October 20th and cleanup to be completed on Monday October 24th. During that time, the disc golf course will be partially open and completely closed the entire day of the 22nd."

It is for Sunday or isn't you say closed at the top then below you say all day the 22nd but open partiallly for play ,??so can we still do sunday league at 10:00 am??
