FOR THOSE WHO WERE TICKETED!

I just spoke with an officer from Saint Clair Chores Police Department. He informed me that those of you that were ticketed will only have a $20 civil infraction fine. There was a miscommunication in their ticketing system. So, those that had misdemeanor charges can be assured it is only a civil infraction. He also said that we are fine being out there if we communicate that with the station. Most likely a patrol will go through the park to make sure it is just us out there. It was in fact Pokemon Go that brought them out for ticketing that night.
