Finish putting in alternate sleeves as soon as ground thaws
This will be an important summer for major volunteer support on course projects. The weeks leading in to Jailhouse Roc, KotH, and States will require all hands to get the courses ready. Thus the need for course stewards.

Duties –Important Note: Stewards are not solely responsible for completing projects. Their duties are to organize/schedule course work and volunteers. And oversee the assigned course for maintenance needs, litter patrol, and vandalism.
