Hey Jacob, need to know something. Amy markel is my partner for the tournament but i thought i read something about only females tee off from the shorts. Can you explain to me how having a female partner works with teeing off? We are in the novice division
Since Amy is playing in the Novice division she would tee from the same tees as the novice players. Female teams would throw from the short tees.
so novice players are teeing off from the long tees?
because if so, that because that could leave me without a partner. because singles round she would have to play the long tees too right? the longs too.
Novice will be teeing from the longs unless a lot of snow comes in, may do shorts on 5 and 16. Amy would play from the longs for your doubles round and then when she competes againt the other females on singles she would throw from shorts.
David I thought there was a pair of am4 teams that had female partners but the other is in am3, so amy would be playing am4 all day and throw from the same tee positions as am4. Females will throw from the shorts but that is only for an all female division, not mixed.
You should make a mixed division, since there's going to be at least 3 teams. Not 100% sure on my partner yet but I'll be there.
