The October 2015 Official DFOK meeting is set to take place on Thursday night, Oct. 29th.
The meeting will take place at the Arby's, across from Warner Park, directly following Thursday's Points League event.
The first & foremost item on the agenda will be to continue moving forward with the Officers/Election topics;
1. Defining the official job duties of each Official DFOK Officer position.
2. Setting up an election process for ellecting all Official DFOK Officers.
Note: The Officer positions were officially established in the March meeting & are as follows;
- President
- Vice-President (President Elect).
- Secretary
- Treasure
- Information Coordinator.
Also on the agenda will be the usual course & league admin. updates.
Time permitting, any ideas for future DFOK, events, projects, leagues, etc. will be discussed.
