Poison oak for sure. Poison ivy mostly grows on trees not in this area and east coast. Not many mosquitoes with the amount of wind, but

Was out today. I'm not affected my poison oak but I didn't see much either. Didn't feel any mosquito either

Holes 3-7 are where you might come in contact with PO. & there might be some around 16s basket. Stay out of the deep rough and you should be OK.
