Going up for the fourth and wondering if the rotary course is playable, why does it say unavailable

Is there anything going on at either Hanson Hills course on Friday or Saturday? Doubles, leagues, tournaments etc...?

doubtful, league is Thursday . tournament at mt. pleasant Saturday and Sunday
