Letting cashless registrations hold their spots while wait-list / "willing to pre-pay" folks have to wait for morning no-shows, avoids telling people that they must pay ahead to get a spot. Some may say that setting a pre-pay deadline a few weeks before the event, feels like people can buy "cuts" in the line. I am mindful of the need to keep the sport available to folks with different funding priorities. And I applaud Rick for managing the complications that come with holding spots for both kinds of registrations. TO MAKE THINGS QUICKER and, to acknowledge the wait -listed and still waiting folks and, to appreciate those who only need to check-in, I suggest this. HAVE TWO LINES: 1) People who have registered with a spot who have not yet paid, and 2) People who only need to check in. (Waitlist people who took a chance by coming in might also use this line.) If you like I can make two signs that tell which line is which.

Two lines ARE definitely the intent. One for CASHLESS registration and one for PREPAID registration. Those who pre-paid should technically fly through a line, and those that haven't might be stuck in a line. I will have two staff members handling the lines. Fred, if I can count on you to make the signs I would greatly appreciate it.... other than that, it would've been the normal flags holding up sheet of paper idenfying the line formations.
