Saturday, Aug. 3rd, Fairmont Park DG Course Workday Details
By day's end today, things are now in order to proceed with our Fairmont Park Disc Golf Course Workday on Saturday (Aug. 3rd).
Who: You
What: Install 26 new disc golf ground sleeves (in concrete), plus relocate as many of the existing ground sleeves (with baskets) as time permits.
When: 9:00am Saturday, but you can come & go as your schedule allows. There will be work going on throughout the day for you assist with.
Where: Meet in the "old" disc golf parking lot. We'll install new ground sleeves in the existing course area first, then transition to the expansion area as the day progresses.
How: Working in small teams/groups of disc golfers to install the ground sleeves.
It should be a fun day of working with your fellow disc golfers, on a course we can play for many years to come.

In case any of you are wondering, tomorrow's workday will take place rain or shine. Of course baring tornados or other dangerous conditions. We'll have equipment on hand to allow us to continue working in light rain...
