Since our crew Matt, George, Ben and I are building it, I can tell u we are expected it open end of June if we don't keep getting rained out but I post updates every weekend on the clubs Facebook I admin, it's www.facebook.com/a3disc.
We are going well but it's we have over 1030 man hours on the course, hamburg approved the work in January and we have had boots on the ground every weekend since, we hope to have baskets and pads set by mid/end of June as long as weather holds out for us a few weekends of the 27 pads we have 8 done but its killer as the terrain is very hilly we are pouring each pad with Portland cement and sand and gravel and mixing our own concrete so it's a little more involved than other projects.
The township has been extremely accommodating and we have had so much support from them it yet are more excited for us to finish than we are... I just want my weekends back, it's been 4 months of dedicated volunteering at this course which I have loved we build it because we have a passion for it and want to share it.
We are pushing really hard to meet deadline but with 2 weekends of hit and miss weather it's hard. Last weekend got to cold and this Sunday was rain so instead of 8 pads each weekend we got only 4 each weekend with hope this weekend we can push it to 10 pads but only the weather will tell, to stay upto date the best bet is Facebook.
